Chianti’s in Longwood comes with a strong local reputation, so expectations were high. The chicken parm looked the part when it hit the table—thin, golden, and nicely crisped—but the flavor didn’t quite follow through. The breading had crunch, yet the seasoning was flat, the sauce lacked depth, and the cheese didn’t add much lift. It wasn’t bad, just underwhelming. The chicken parm sub missed in the same way. The pizza was the weakest part of the meal, coming out doughy and underbaked. The standout surprise was the garlic knots—soft, buttery, garlicky, and perfectly seasoned. Chianti’s nails presentation, but the chicken parm doesn’t rise to top-tier status.
