Suggest a Parm

Know a chicken parm Moe hasn’t tried? Send him the evidence. If it’s good, it gets stamped. If it’s bad — well, that’s content too.

1

File the tip

Tell Moe what restaurant, what city, and why it’s worth the drive.

2

Moe investigates

He shows up, orders the parm, and films the verdict in real time. No reservations, no warning.

3

The verdict drops

Stamp earned, or stamp denied. Either way, it goes on the public record at Moe’s Take.

Moe reads every one personally. If it earns the stamp, you’ll see it in a future review.

What Moe looks for

The four tests

Every parm gets scored on four axes. Knowing what Moe weighs heaviest helps your tip get to the top of the pile.
01
The cutlet
Hand-pounded, properly seasoned, fried fresh. Pre-frozen doesn't cut it.
02
The sauce
Bright, balanced, with real acid. House-made or it doesn't count.
03
The cheese
Stretchy mozz, a real parmigiano hit. Theater encouraged.
04
The room
Bonus points if the room earns it too — old-school charm, family energy, or a great twist.

Common questions

Does Moe travel for parms?
Yes — Moe has filmed parms in Las Vegas, Iceland, the Bahamas, and across Florida. If the tip is strong enough, distance is not really the obstacle.
How does a parm earn the stamp?
It has to nail the basics — cutlet, sauce, cheese — and bring something memorable. Reliably-great is the bar; an unexpected twist gets bonus credit.
Will Moe respond personally?
Yes. Every tip gets read. If your spot makes the rotation, you'll usually hear back so you can come along. Bring your appetite.
Can I submit my own restaurant?
Owners are welcome to submit, but Moe always pays and reviews honestly. Get ready to hear it either way.
What if Moe doesn't approve it?
That happens too. Not every parm earns the stamp — but every parm that gets filmed makes the public record at Moe's Take.
