Golden Steer Steakhouse in Las Vegas is old-school in the best possible way—red leather booths, tuxedo-clad servers, and a sense you're stepping back into Rat Pack history. We kicked things off with the tableside Caesar, and it's a must-order: crisp, creamy, perfectly balanced. The meatballs? Some of the best I've ever had. Now, the chicken parm doesn't come with pasta—it arrives with fried ravioli, which is a fun twist. The marinara is bright and tangy, cheese perfectly melted, cutlet well-fried. Not the best parm ever, but still very good. Pro tip: also get the steak. Dessert? Cherries Jubilee table-side—spectacular.
