Delmonico’s Italian Steakhouse on International Drive delivers a lively atmosphere with caricatures lining the walls and a family-friendly vibe near the theme parks. We started with bruschetta and massive meatballs, both solid appetizers with flavorful sauce. The chicken parm, found on the specials menu, arrived looking almost too perfect. The cutlet was thick, topped with what seemed like a melted slice of cheese rather than a classic hand-breaded finish. The marinara leaned sweeter than expected, with a hint of spice that didn’t quite land for me. Service was excellent and the setting is fun, but as far as chicken parm goes, the quest continues.
