Fresco Cucina Italiana feels like one of those rare finds you almost want to keep to yourself. Tucked along Turkey Lake Road, this relaxed, welcoming spot delivers exactly what everyday Italian should be: comforting, unpretentious, and full of flavor. The chicken parmesan is the star: a large, perfectly breaded cutlet with a crisp exterior, tender inside, topped with melted mozzarella, grated parm, fresh basil, and a marinara that’s vibrant and well-seasoned. There’s even a massive chicken parm panini that borders on heroic. No hype, no expectations. It’s just excellent execution. Fresco somehow flew under the radar, but it shouldn’t anymore. Fantastic parm, great value, and absolutely Moe approved.
