The chicken parmesan that follows is solid in theory, well-breaded and properly cooked, but the sauce falls short, lacking depth and brightness. Montreal has no shortage of excellent Italian options, and while this stop was worthwhile, parm seekers will find stronger contenders elsewhere in the city.
