Trattoria Il Panino in Boston’s North End was the perfect place to end a month-long chicken parm drought. We started with Mom’s Meatballs and Ricotta—large, juicy, and packed with flavor—plus a fresh Mediterranean tomato salad that delivered. Then came the chicken parm: a thin, house-made cutlet covered in mozzarella and bright marinara, served with pasta. The breading really stood out, with herbs and seasoning you could actually taste instead of simply providing crunch. Combined with the fresh sauce and plenty of cheese, everything worked together beautifully. A solid Boston chicken parm I’d gladly order again and definitely moe approved.
