Known for its chicken parm sub, Stasio's also serves a traditional plated version‚Äîso naturally, I had to try both. The chicken is freshly breaded and fried to order, with breadcrumbs and sauce made in-house daily, and you can taste that freshness in every bite. The balance of sauce, cheese, and crisp coating is spot on. The classic version is excellent‚ tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked‚Äîbut the sub might be even better, delivering that perfect bite of bread, cheese, and chicken. Stasio's is absolutely a contender.
