After countless recommendations, we finally tried Vito’s Chop House on International Drive. The old-school steakhouse vibe hits immediately: dim lighting, Sinatra playing, sharp-dressed servers, even a flashy fish tank. Then the farmhouse chicken parm arrives. At $42, it’s enormous: two split chicken breasts, pan-fried, topped with mozzarella and house marinara. The meat is thick, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The sauce isn’t heavy, but it’s flavorful enough to stand on its own. No pasta comes with it, but you won’t need it. This is easily a two- to four-person parm and absolutely worth the splurge. A true Mo approved classic experience.
