From the outside, it looks like a former fast-food joint, but inside it’s all heart—bread baking, sauce simmering, pizzas flying. We ordered the chicken parm entree with ziti: bright, fresh sauce, a perfectly crispy cutlet, tender inside, no gimmicks. Then the chicken parm sub—huge, messy, and fantastic. The house-baked bread is chewy and golden, the kind that makes everything click. Add in legit garlic knots and you’ve got a neighborhood Italian spot doing things the right way. Worth the stop.
